We would like to thank you for submitting your paper in Global AI Congress 2019 to be held during September 12-14, 2019. We are glad to inform you that your paper has been ACCEPTED for ORAL presentation and publication at the conference subject to completion of registration formalities, submission of camera-ready manuscript strictly following the reviewers’ comments, and as per format of AISC Springer (LaTeX/MS Word and PDF version), Registration form, Copyright form, payment proof and Author’s agreement within 30. 08. 2019. Complete your conference registration formalities by filling up the REGISTRATION FORM and paying the registration fees accordingly, available in http://globalaicongress.org/. According to Global AI Congress 2019 conference registration policy, at least one author of each paper must complete registration formalities including payment of registration fees at the required rate of (Rs. 6500 (IEEE/ACM/CSI member) / Rs. 7000 (non-member, Academician)/USD 300 (Foreign delegate)/ Rs. 8000 (Industry) and Rs. 500 per page additionally if the paper length exceeds 15 pages. The following documents are to be emailed to secretary@globalaicongress.org in a zip file:

• 1. Scanned copy of the payment proof
• 2. Filled-up and signed copyright form
• 3. Filled-up registration form
• 4. Camera-ready paper both in word/LaTeX as well as PDF format

Please complete the registration within 30. 08. 2019 and upload Manuscript PDF in Easychair and Email the ZIP file to secretary@globalaicongress.org in order to ensure publication of the paper in the AISC Springer. PRESENTATION of each paper is a must to include the paper in the proceedings AISC Springer. Please also note that plagiarism check will be made for all camera- ready papers received and if more than 20% from all sources (including self) and more than 5% from single source (self also) similarities are found, the paper will be rejected without any prejudice at any stage of the conference and post conference. In that case fees (including registration fees) will not be refunded by any means. All presented papers will be submitted to Springer for their final acceptance and publication where decision of the Springer will be final and if Springer disagree to publish any paper presented and uploaded, there will be no refund of registration and other fees. We want to inform you regarding the accommodation in Global AI Congress 2019 to be held during September 12-14, 2019 at Bose Institute, Saltlake, Sec V, Kolkata. If you are interested to stay in the conference venue you have to pay Rs 1200/- per night per room for single shared A/C and Rs 600/- per night per person for double shared accommodation additionally (GST extra) along with the registration fees. The accommodation has been arranged in the Guest House of the Institute of Engineering & Management, Saltlake, Kolkata. The room will be booked exclusively on receipt of payment of guest house charge only on the first come first serve basis. Without advance payment no request for booking of Guest House will be considered.
Your camera ready manuscript must contain following:

• 1. Affiliation, address and email of all authors.
• 2. At least three Key Words under keyword section.
• 3. All references should be referred from the text of the article along with some state-of- the-art references.
• 4. Both source(LaTeX/Word) and pdf version of the article.
• 5. Formatting as per AISC Springer Template.
